Dishwasher cleans some but not all the dishes. I removed and cleaned the filter and screen then replaced. I ran another cycle and checked the filter and screen again which were fairly clean. There is water standing in the bottom of the filter cavity when I removed the filter. Is this normal? Thanks, Connie
For model number WDF320PADW2
Hello Connie, Thank you for the question. A bit of water is normal but not enough to see without removing the filter. We suggest checking the pump and drain hose for clogs or kinks that is preventing the dirty water from draining at the end of the cycle. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Washer begins cycle but stops shortly then starts discharging ,then stops and begins cycle again with same result
For model number WDF320PADW2
Hi Chris, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, we would recommend checking the following parts to fix the issue: the high-limit thermostat, part number PS11743423, and the control board, part number PS11770251. We hope this solves your problem!
Hello, Thank you for your question. You will need to check the valve, and the hose to ensure it is not clogged. A clogged line could be causing the cycle to not complete. We hope this helps.

I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
unscrewed dishwasher from cabinet ...,moved out slightly....while door closed ...reached with long nosed pliers door spring pulled forward...and allowing white plastic part that fits through sleeve and fit new sleeve over it...pulled spring attaching white plastic part and pushed unit back to cabinet and replaced screws DONE.
