WC200 Maytag Dishwasher - Instructions

I ordered the part and it fit perfectly!! About five minutes to screw it onto my faucet and problem solved!!!

After searching on the internet for a very long time, we were almost ready to order the screws "blind" (no picture) from Sears for almost $10.oo per screw. Then I stumbled onto this website and found exactly what I was looking for, with a detailed description AND a picture!! Not to mention a price that was two thirds less than Sears..for TWO screws. Now the oven door is secure and we are no longer on our search for the right screws.

I had to replace the faucet in the kitchen sink orignnally. However since I use a porteable dishwasher, its hose connects to the kitchen faucet. The new faucets aerator is threaded differently than the old so that the dishwasher adapter would not screw in. I had misplaced the adappter kit that came with the dishwasher last year, so I ordered the adapter from partselect.com. when the part came a few day it was a simple as screw out the old aerator, screwing in the new adapted and then putting the modified aerator from the old faucet back in so that the dishwasher can be connected as needed.

So I decided to stick in some CLR to see if it would clean it up. Well it got considerably worse. So ordered the new faucet adapter, threaded adapter and the two washers, due to not knowing what i would need. It came like unbelievably fast considering it was Christmas time. Unscrewed the old one from the faucet, screwed on the new one. hooked up the dishwasher, watched it for a bit for any leaks at the connection, and it worked great! I seem to have more water pressure too coming from the sink faucet. Thank you so much for the quickness in sending out my order! -- Scott

Took old one off , installed new one!!

I have a new faucet so I remove the screen then I used an extender ring put on your adapter an got the washer to run.

Purchased and installed new faucet attachment. It arrived quickly and very easy to attach. Thank you !

Very easy,take off the old faucet screen and screw on the adapter. What I really liked was the ease of ordering the part. In less than 5 minutes I had located the part and ordered it. Less than 3 days later, I had the part. Way to go PartSelect.

Shut off the hot water supply (pretty sharp eh?). Disconnected the hose from the hw supply and the at the connection to the washing machine. These had not been touched in at least 15 years and were somewhat tough to loosen but finally came ..... accessibility was a problem for the connection to the water supply as it was in a recessed wall box. Fortunately, we had some washers for the hose connections so the install was a snap. Hardest part of the whole job was moving the washing machine out from between the drier and the wash tub .... tight fit. Thanks for the quick service and to FED EX for their delivery. The delivery fellow was a real gentleman.

It was worth the money for that little screw, since I didn't have to run all over trying to find the right one.

Ordered a new Faucet Adapter! Simple

Found the adapter on Parts select through a google search. Unscrewed the existing faucet aerator and srewed in the adapter. The plastic shrink wrap holds the washer and screen in place, so don't open it until you're ready to install. Finger snug does it, only use the pliers to remover the old aerator from the faucet. Normally, I don't use pliers, but both of these parts were round and had vertical serrations to engare the plier teeth.
