Water is warm. The cold rinse is not working.
For model number WAT28401UC
Hi Jeremiah, thank you for contacting us. Check the water valve screen for a clog or blockage. One-half of the water valve assembly can fail and only cold or hot water will come into the washer. Select the cold or hot temperature and if one or the other does not work, the valve screen may be clogged, which will need cleaning. Pour about a quarter of a cup of baking soda into the pipe. Next, empty a baster full of vinegar into the drain hose. If the blockage is still there, repeat the above process. Please submit a new question if you have any follow-ups.

Perhaps not as easy as it sounds as the metal is polished and the plas

I was rewarded with a very satisfying click as it locked into place. Took three or four attempts but it fits and stays and is an exact replacement even if the numbers embossed on the part are different to the part which broke loose. Part arrived on a Saturday, less than 48 hours from my order. I have another spare for future needs as plastic agitator paddles clearly take a beating over several years.
