If you notice a washing machine that shakes excessively or “walks” during the spin cycle, makes loud banging or thumping noises, frequently displays “unbalanced load” error codes, or if the drum feels very bouncy when pushed. To test, push down on the inner drum; if it bounces easily with little resistance, the rods are worn and need to be replaced. We hope this information helps!
