Runs on Cold water cycle only. No hot or warm water cycle.
For model number WA48J7770AP
Hi Ian, thank you for contacting us. The issue could be with the hot water inlet side. It comes attached to the water inlet valve assembly, part number PS4220861. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

Top Load washer would not drain to complete spin cycle.
Though I could hear and feel the drain pump running, the washer would not drain. This model does not have a filter for the drain pump. I lowered the discharge hose from the stand up pipe on the wall, and lowered it to the floor. Water ran right out, so no blockage in the drain system. a quick inspection showed the impeller on the motor was off the shaft and flopping around. Bingo, motor runs but cant pump.

Plastic assembly rod from jet washer basin to washer top lid broke
Removed the plastc clip from the washer basin side that was not broken and removed the basin...slipped the new basin in place, inserted plastic clip holders...too more thought than skill as no instructions were included with the part.
