When agitateing makes an grinding noise spin ok

Good Day Gerard. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number WA48H7400AW). Based on our research, this sound usually happens as the washer being overloaded with laundry. It is recommended to do smaller loads of laundry which should keep this sound from happening. Hope this helps. Best Regards.

Why does my washer use not much water?
For model number WA48H7400AW
Hi Alonzo. The first place to check would be your hoses. Make sure the hoses are not clogged. It may also be the inlet valve PS4220861. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.

It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty balancer assembly PS4220945 and/or possibly a malfunctioning pulsator assembly PS8764371 you should check the part(s) for signs of damage and replace the part(s) as needed. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.
Though I could hear and feel the drain pump running, the washer would not drain. This model does not have a filter for the drain pump. I lowered the discharge hose from the stand up pipe on the wall, and lowered it to the floor. Water ran right out, so no blockage in the drain system.
