the hose was split
on my LG portable a/c the hose was split..I called and received the part in two days and was able to put it on without any tools and my unit is working perfect...I am so very happy and glad.

the original filter had a hole in it
removed the old filter by pulling it out and slid in the new one....a perfect fit..thank you parts select.
