Water collecting in refrigerator bottom and in bottom bins. I believe there is blockage in rear tube from freezer section. As tube cannot be replaced can it be cleaned for any blockage? Thanks

Thank you for your question. If water is pooling at the bottom of the refrigerator and in the bins, the drain tube is clogged with food debris and it will need to be cleaned out. We hope this helps!

How do I clean drain tube at back of refrig? Water accumulates in bottom of freezer. Thanks

Hello Althea, thank you for contacting us. You can use a mixture of warm water and baking soda to flush out the tube. You can use a turkey baster or a small cup to pour the mixture into the tube. Let it sit for a few minutes to help loosen any debris. We hope this helps!
