Water on the floor?
For model number TBG18JAYJRWW
Hi Katy, thank you for getting in touch. First, you may need to make sure that the defrost drain is not clogged or frozen. If the defrost drain is frozen, the water will overflow the drain trough and drip down to the bottom of the compartment. This water can eventually leak onto the floor. Check the defrost drain to determine if it is clogged or frozen. If the defrost drain is frozen, thaw the ice. In addition, flush the drain with hot water to ensure that it is clear of debris. Also, make sure there are no water lines broken in the refrigerator and the refrigerator door seals properly. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the defrost thermostat, part number PS303434. Glad to be of assistance!

The shelf was missing the back panel and it would fall down.
First I took all the things off the shelf and removed it from the Refrigerator. Then I Took the part from Part Select and attached it to the back of the shelf and and the bar. It fit perfectly and when I put the shelf back into the refrigerator it matched perfectly with the other shelfs and it looked as if it had always been there.
