Hello Robert, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, we recommend checking the door latch, part number PS8727335. A bent or loose latch will prevent the door from closing correctly. If it is faulty, replace it. If the issue remains, we suggest inspecting the door gasket, part number PS8730289, and the door seal, part number PS8733125. A soiled, loose, or cracked gasket will prevent the door from being properly sealed. If any of these parts are bad or broken, replace them. We hope this is helpful!
