SES0730DM1BB General Electric Microwave - Instructions

No Installation. Just opening the box, washing the glass tray and wha la! My microwave is back in business. The best part was ordering on line being I couldn't find the replacement tray in local stores. I didn't want to replace the microwave as it was still in great conditon and works. Thanks to on-line ordering and fast delivery I was a happy camper. Thank You.

All that was needed was to push the roller guide down on the post, but after a couple rotations the guide pops up off the post and doesn't rotate any more. It was over 3 months before I'd even noticed that this was happening after I purchased it and since I didn't use the warranty I didn't think I could do anything about it. It cooks things unevenly now. I wish I'd never bought it...(I broke the first roller guide in my frustration to make it STAY DOWN, but of course it wouldn't)

When I got home that night, I went to your website, ordered the glass turntable, which was the exact replacement part I needed. The shipping was so fast that in two days I had an almost new microwave which cost me a grand total of 31.00. Not too bad! (I priced the same model in other stores and they averaged anywhere from 69.00 to 129.00. Thirty one dollars was way better, don't you agree? I would suggest your site for anyone needing replacement parts. Thanks for your help!

order replacement part roller guide, Synchronous Motor # GM-16-2F302 unplug appliance,remove glass plate & roller guide. flip over to see screws at bottom & Sides, if you don't have special bit to remove 4 tamper proof screws located on the 4 corners, use Dremel to cut slot on screw head so you can remove screws with flat tip screw driver. Be mindful of the magnetron screwed to bottom plate, Be mindful the bottom plate is sharp, Danger to avoid high voltage capacitor, once screws are removed ease the bottom tray out< Note location of tabs on tray, and alignment slots, you are removing bottom tray to get to turntable motor held on by one screw & tab, note location of black & white wire, swap out motor,carefully re align bottom plate tabs & slots & screw holes re install screws, flip over install roller guide & glass plate, The new roller guide has a pin sticking up from the center, the weight of the glass plate keeps the roller guide engaged on the motor, test, every thing works fine cost of parts under $30 removal & replacement under 1/2 hour,

Lifted the glass plate and put the roller guide in bottom of microwave on peg.

Just replaced the part. Thank you . . However it was the wrong one. I needed the outside ring. As the one with the wheels is rusting out the bottom of the microwave// would appricate it if you could advise. .

There was nothing to the repair, just put in the new glass tray. The problem was getting the replacement part. I thought! This web site was wonderful. It was easy to determine what I needed to order even though I didn't have the model number. I was so impressed I gave the web site address to my sister-in-law who needed a part for her dishwasher. I bookmarked the web site for future use.

Ordered part on Tuesday evening at 10:00 p.m. Shipped Wednesday from Part Select. Received Thursday morning at 10:44 a.m. from Fed Ex. Could NOT believe how quickly I got my replacement part. Sears had the same part - it would have cost more and taken at least 2 weeks to send it to me. It took longer to actually open the box than to wash the new part and put in the microwave. Open door. Replace turntable.

The three rollers were only two. Replace part. easy no tool . Take out the old and install the new. Now the tray rotates. simple fix.
