The freezer and refrigerator are on the warm side.
For model number RS261MDRS
Hi Rebecca, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the condenser coils first. The condenser coils are usually located under the refrigerator. They dissipate heat as refrigerant passes through them. If the coils are significantly dirty, the refrigerator will not be able to maintain the proper temperature. If the condenser coils are clean, then you may need to check the evaporator fan motor, part number PS4138376. The evaporator fan motor draws air over the evaporator coils and circulates it throughout the refrigerator and freezer compartments. If the evaporator fan motor is faulty, the refrigerator may not get cold. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the start relay, part number PS12115310. The start relay works in conjunction with the start winding to start the compressor. If the start relay is defective, the compressor may sometimes fail to run or may not run at all. If the start relay is not faulty, then you may need to check the compressor, part number PS12394477. If the problem persists, then you may need to check the main control board, part number PS4140027. We hope this solves your problem!

We misplaced the mounting screws for our handles while moving.
It was easy! I just used an alan wrench to losen the side bolt, then slid the handle into the new mounting screws that I had hand-screwed and then tightened it all up.

Ice tray had cracked and broken. The water is still not filling up my ice tray.
The replacement was fairly simple. I removed the existing tray and detached the water line. Once the water line water reattached to the new tray I inserted into the ice maker.
*** The problem I'm having now is the water is not filling up the tray***
Not sure what I did wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
