What does the it mean when the window displays 0f 0f?

Hi Shanda,
Thank you for your question. OF OF means that your refrigerator is in demo mode. This code is used when the refrigerator is on display at an appliance store. If this is not a new refrigerator, this setting may have been accidentally set. To remove this code, press the POWER FREEZE and the FREEZER buttons at the same time for 2-3 seconds. This will reset your refrigerator and it will start to cool normally again. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

Moved from kitchen to garage and not connected to a water line..don't want ice or water now..can't get the screen to work..it says 13 E..what can I do?

Thank you for your question. The 13 E error code indicates a humidity sensor error which could be caused by the sensor or the electronic control board. Unplugging the refrigerator for a few minutes may help to reset it. If not, you will need to check the sensor and the electronic control board to see which part is causing the issue. mid drawer freezes items in it but main compartment and freezer seem ok.

Hi Tom, thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the vents for any blockings and adjusting the temperature to a warmer setting. Adjust the humidity control. Lower humidity conditions may result in freezing in your crisper drawers. Also, check if the middle drawer has too few food items in it. If the issue remains, the temperature sensor, part number PS4138652, might be faulty. We hope this information helps!

OMG seriously! I stopped into my go-to appliance repair shop to ask about what might be needed to repair the problem with my refrigerator door. They said you will need to replace the Mullion Flap piece. Cost would be $250-300 with part, labor and service. I went on line to see if I could handle the repair process myself. I found a How to
... Read more - U Tube video and turns out I only needed to replace a little spring and pin not the whole Mullion Flap. Went to Parts select, ordered the spring and pin and did the repair myself in about 5 minutes. Shipping was $7 so I ended up paying $13 total.
The installation video notes that the door mullion spring has a bent end, and that the bent end of the spring is to be inserted into the LOWER hinge. However, on my refrigerator door, the bent end of the door mullion spring must be inserted into the UPPER hinge in order for the door to function properly. (Also noted that in your video t
... Read morehe installer manually closed the door mullion rather than just closing the refrigerator door, another indication that the installation of the spring was incorrect.) After watching the video several times to confirm I was installing the door mullion spring according to the video instructions, I tried inserting the bent end of the door mullion spring into the upper hinge, which proved to be the correct installation of the door mull spring. What should have been a 5 minute repair turned into an ½ hour repair.
