Ice maker is not making enough ice.
Where is the water firter.
For model number RF18HFENBSR
Hi Antonio, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, you may need to check if the water inlet hose is clogged or kinked. If that is not an issue, you may need to check the water filter, part number PS4138233. The water filter must be installed outside the refrigerator. To insert the new water filter, you need to align it so that the arrow flow mark is pointed towards the refrigerator. On your new filter, remember to remove the red clip and take out the blank before installing. Now you can connect the inlet and outlet tubing to the appropriate end of the new filter by firmly pushing the tubing all the way until it is tightly seated. We hope this information is useful!

does the refrigerator need to be installed with the front feet higher than the back feet so the doors swing closed on their own, or is this refrigerator meant to be installed level, so the doors need to be closed manually?
For model number RF18HFENBSR
Hi Gary, thank you for your inquiry. According to the manufacturer's instructions for your model, the refrigerator must be placed on a level surface of a hard material that is the same height as the rest of the flooring. This surface should be strong enough to support a fully loaded refrigerator. You may need to swing the doors manually. We hope this information helps!

The spring broke on the door flopper
I didn't do the repair because you sent me the wrong part. That was mislabeled. Then you want me to ship it back but didn't pay for the shipping? And that would be twelve dollars so it's going in the trash!! Very displeased
