This oven bake element with push on terminals is a closed hinged bake element. The push on terminals are 1-3/8 inch, and the distance between the two is 1 inch.

just diconnected the electric unscrewed the 2 screws that held the element in place, then i unplugged the old element, plugged in the new element, replaced the 2 retaining screws. that was it! Frigidaire customer service had no clue how to help me find this element for an old wall mount oven. I spent over a half hour on the phone with the

Very easy to replace old bake element with new one. Used screw driver to remove the old element, disconnected wires then connected wires to new element and used the screw driver to secure new element.
