removed screws holding element and detached wires and simply removed it; no problem. Reversed the process to install the new one. The great thing is that I ordered this element one morning and received it the very next day! Over door light needed to be replaced
Pulled out the old light on the front of the door house where the door closes and replaced the door light switch
