Fridge not cooling,ice built up on back panel.

It certainly sounds like it could be a faulty PS4138590 but more likely a faulty defrost heater PS4140528, you should check for signs of damage, and replace if necessary. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.

Hello Camille, Thank you for the question. We suggest cleaning off the Condenser Coils and around the compressor. If there is a build up or dust it can cause the temperature to fluctuate. We hope this helps.
