what size screws hold the door handle to the door frame assembly and are they stainless steel? I am trying to replace both screws as one of them is broken and I have tried glueing the handle to the door panel previously. What glue do you recommend? I have tried different flavors of super glue and none worked for very long. Was going to use JB Weld steel epoxy putty this time but had second thoughts. How do I separate the door panel assembly from the door frame assembly? I have already removed three screws.

Hello David, thank you for your question. We do not have the exact dimensions for the screws. The screws are sold as a Hardware Bag PS12709821 with all the screws for the unit. The instructions to get to the handle is as follows: 1. Removed the cowling/deflector above the door. Push to the left then lift off. 2. Lift the door off and lay it face down. 3. With a screwdriver pry off the retainer ring around the outside edge of the glass. It is about 2.5 inches wide. 4. Remove the 4 set screws in each corner. Use a magnetic tip screwdriver as the screws are small. 5. With a screwdriver pry off the inner retaining ring. 6. You will then be able access the two screws holding on the old handle and replace with the new. Reassemble in reverse order. We hope this helps.

Microwave completely stopped working
Turned out the issue was easily solved by replacing a single, inexpensive fuse.

First off, UNPLUG THE MICROWAVE.

The fuse is located under the plastic grill at the top of the microwave. It's held on by two screws. Once you've removed the screws and taken off the plastic grill, you go to the right side of the microwave and remove another screw that holds a small metal grill in place. Removing the small metal grill is probably the toughest part of this repair. You kind of have to rock it back and forth a bit to get it to release. Once that's off, you can get to the fuse. I removed the burnt out one with a pair of needle nose pliers. I also put a small piece of cardboard under the fuse when I did this so I didn't accidentally drop it into the innards of the microwave. I did the same thing when I replaced the new fuse. I then plugged the appliance back in and made sure it worked. Once that was confirmed, I replaced both grills.

Under the vent light bulbs needed to be replaced
Turned of f the circuit breaker to the microwave. Unscrewed the cover (1 screw!) popped out the old bulbs and plugged in the new ones, using the bubblewrap as a handle to be sure my skin didn't touch the light bulbs so the oil from my hands didn't damage or shorten the life of the new bulbs. Turned the circuit back on. That's it!
