The small black plastic door labeled PUSH cannot close; the tiny plastic connector broke. We need to replace just that dor.

Opened the door when it said flip item over, that threw the circuit breaker. Now it turns on for a fraction of a second and throws the circuit breaker every time.
Any suggestions?? Its manufacturing date is Sept. 2020, so I really don’t want to buy a new one!!

Light flashing reset filter, what does it mean? What filter
For model number PVM9005SJ4SS
Hello Deborah, Thank you for your inquiry. There is a charcoal air filter behind the vent grill that would need to be replaced. Once you have replaced the charcoal filter, press the reset filter button for 3 seconds to reset the change filter option. got a screwdriver and opened the glass door over the light bulb - changed the bulb and put the glass door back with the screwdriver.

Had to replace charcoal filter
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.
Old filter did seem to be a little thicker (filter material), but the new one was the exact same dimen ... Read more sions, so it went in properly. Wish the filter material was white, so you knew just how dirty it was actually getting. But... :-D

Light bulb went out on my microwave/ventahood. It's the bulb under the microwave that lights up the cooktop area.
Using a screwdriver, removed the cover, pulled out the bad bulb, and easily put in the new one.
