The fan will not turn off. It runs non stop

Hello Tina, Thank you for the question. In most cases this is caused by a faulty exhaust fan thermostat. You can test the thermostats with a multi meter to check for continuity. We hope this helps!

Hello Michael, thank you for contacting us. To replace the fuse, you need to unscrew the screws to remove the top outer case of the oven. Replace your fuse, part number PS3486694, in the fuse holder on a small printed circuit board of noise filters which contains capacitors, resistors, and inductors. We hope that helps!

charcoal filter door won't stay closed
For model number PVM9005SJ3SS
Hi Paulette, thank you for reaching out. Ensure that the charcoal filter is properly aligned and seated in its compartment. If the filter is not aligned correctly, the door may not close properly. If it is fine, you may need to replace the vent grille assembly, part number PS11762613, as the charcoal filter door comes attached to it. We hope this solves your problem!

bulb burned out under the microwave that lights the cooktop underneath
got a screwdriver and opened the glass door over the light bulb - changed the bulb and put the glass door back with the screwdriver.

Had to replace charcoal filter
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.

Turned power off, removed screws from outer cover, opened door, slide cover off, removed screws, lifted panel open, removed electrical connections, then removed keypad panel. Removed screws for fan cover then removed cover. Saw blown fuse replaced fuse also used ohm meter to measure resistance of the thermostat it was shorted. removed scr

ew holding it in place removed 2 connectors took out thermostat inserted new thermostat screwed in place put connectors back on. Put fan cover on put screws in, put key panel on reconnect all connections to key panel put screws in put cover on, screw in, turn power on.
