Digital display will go off and later come back on. Sometimes when cooking it will work normally, other times will cut off and display goes blank again
Hello Craig, Thank you for the question. Normally this is an indication the Main Board PartSelect Number PS11762546 will need to be replaced. We hope this helps.
Most of the control buttons stop working suddenly only few of them still work

Thank you for your question. Try running a hair dryer on low heat over the buttons on the touchpad for a few minutes and press the buttons to see if you can get them to work. if not you will need to replace the control panel assembly. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.
Hi Larry, Thank you for writing. Always unplug your microwave before completing any repairs. Inside the cavity of the appliance there is a cover that unscrews to remove it and expose the Bulb to replace. We hope this helps!

Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.

Turned power off, removed screws from outer cover, opened door, slide cover off, removed screws, lifted panel open, removed electrical connections, then removed keypad panel. Removed screws for fan cover then removed cover. Saw blown fuse replaced fuse also used ohm meter to measure resistance of the thermostat it was shorted. removed scr
... Read moreew holding it in place removed 2 connectors took out thermostat inserted new thermostat screwed in place put connectors back on. Put fan cover on put screws in, put key panel on reconnect all connections to key panel put screws in put cover on, screw in, turn power on.
