Is there a divider that can be gotten for the Convertible drawer between the freezer and the refrigerator? Part and price please.

Have ice maker that makes ice but does not dispense. Is there an easy solution? Thank you

Hi Charles, thank you for reaching out. If your ice maker is making ice but does not dispense, the auger motor is likely the culprit because it is responsible for physically rotating the metal spiral that pushes ice forward. If the motor has burned out or its electrical connection has failed, the ice remains sitting in the bucket even though the refrigeration system continues to produce it. You may need to replace it. The part number is PS12744139. We hope this solves your problem!
I was to replace the water filter. The old one has two valves that mate to the refrigerator sourrounded by open space. the replacement has an insert that fills that space so the new filter will not mate. what do I need to know to order the correct filter?

How do you replace the Evaporator fan motor on this GE model refrigerator.

Hello Harry, thank you for the question. According to our research, the evaporator fan motor is located in the bottom freezer section. We are providing you with the instructions that will help you in replacing the evaporator fan motor.
1- Open the freezer drawer.
2- Remove the drawers and unthread the screws securing the door with the sliding rail.
3- Now remove the inner back panel by unthreading the screws securing it.
4- Now remove the back panel and you will have access to the evaporator fan motor.
5- Remove it and replace it with the new one.
