The upper freezer drawer keeps getting off the track. The glide on the right side as you face the freezer is cracked. I need at least a new glide. It seems that the rollers on the drawer do not extend out enough to stay in the track on the sides. I need a part and some guidance.

Hello Nancy, thank you for contacting us. Replacing the right-side glide, part number PS12754466, will resolve the issue. A damaged glide is the primary reason for the drawer coming off the track, and the perceived problem of the rollers not extending far enough is a result of that damage. Good luck with your repair!

Hello Booker, Thank you for asking. To connect a water supply to the refrigerator, you will need to locate the water valve on the back of the refrigerator. Attach the water line to the 1/4-inch outlet on the water supply valve. Tighten the connector nut with a wrench. Check the connections at both the water supply and the refrigerator and tighten if needed. Turn the water on and check for leaks. We hope this helps!

I need to order a replacement for this fridge model, the one I ordered doesn't fit the original water filter for this fridge model. My model number I entered can't be found. Do I need to drop a letter?

1. Verified good water flow by unplugging incoming water and makIng sure there was good pressure.
2. Re-attached water supply line and unplugged water line after the electronic valve to test water pressure from valve when hitting the dispense button in the front of the refrigerator.
