Sir, we replace the bake element, our problem is the element was not heat we have to shake in order to work, that is the reason we installed a new, after that is work ok, for the first load of bread, but if you want to continue for another load the temperature does not reach 375 degree, even if we turn the knob up to 450 degree.

Removed knobs and venturies. Unplugged electrical inputs. Lifted top plate. Replaced potentiometer. Replaced parts and plugged in electric supplies. Tested. Piece of cake, except for locating replacement potentiometer.
