Replaced control board heat sensor bottom heating element still get f3 code all top burners work
For model number PER5510AAW

Good Day Monty. Thank you for your question in regards to your unit (Model Number PER5510AAW). Based on our research, here are some steps that should be able to help you solve the issue that you are having: 1) Turn off electricity to the oven by turning off the circuit breaker or disconnecting the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait five minutes and restore power to the Kenmore oven; this power interruption will reset the electronic oven control module. Turn on the heat to the oven; if the F3 error code returns, turn off the electricity to the oven again or turn off the gas supply by closing the gas cock at the oven's gas supply tube. 2) Wait for the oven to cool. Open the oven door and look inside to locate the oven temperature sensor. From the front of the oven it is usually in the upper left hand corner. The sensor is a thin metal probe about half the diameter of a pencil that protrudes from the rear of the oven into the oven cavity. 3) Remove the two screws securing the sensor to the oven wall and carefully pull the sensor probe toward you until you can see the plastic wire connecting clips. If no screws are visible, pull the oven away from the wall, remove the upper rear panel and locate the temperature probe in the upper right hand corner. From this side, it will look like a small oblong plate with two wires projecting from it. Remove the two screws and carefully pull the sensor from the oven cavity and toward you. 4) Disconnect the plastic clips that connect the probe wires to the EOC. Set the probe on a flat surface. Place one lead of the ohm meter on each of the metal tabs in the plastic wire connector attached to the probe. At room temperature the ohm reading should read within 10 percent of 1,100 ohms. If the reading is higher or lower than that, replace the sensor. If the sensor tests OK, check for any disconnected, broken or burnt wires in the rear of the range. 5) Reconnect the probe wires and place the probe back through the hole into the oven cavity. Replace the screws that hold the probe in place, and replace the oven's back cover if it was removed. Reconnect the electricity, turn the gas supply back on and slide the range back into place if you pulled it out. We hope this helps! Best Regards.

Stove top element not working due to bad receptacle.
Turned off the power at the breaker box, cut the wires approximately 5 inches from the bad receptacle and removed it after removing one screw. Stripped back the wires about 1/2 inch and attached the new wires with the ceramic wire nuts provided and secured the receptacle back in place with the new screw provided in the kit.
My sister's husband wanted to scrap the whole range but I repaired it with $14.00 worth of parts.
The element is working great now.
