How do I take off and replace the metal disc that the sand paper attaches to?
For model number PCB420SA
Hi Larry,
Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, to replace the metal disc, remove the disc worktable and then remove the disc cover by removing the six screws. Remove the existing disc, and clean any residue left on the disc plate. Only use mineral spirits to remove this residue. Peel the plastic back from new sanding disc and carefully press sanding disc ?rmly in position around the sanding plate. Make sure that the disc is centered on the plate. Reinstall the disc cover, tighten the screws and place the sanding table back on the unit. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week.
