Upper rack roller cracked then broke
First removed the end cover and clip on the end of the rack slide. Used a flat head screwdriver to push in the clip and carefully pried it out. original wheels were broken
I first removed the rail end caps by bending open the rail ends. They easily come off. The wheels slide out of the rack and the part snapped on to the rack removed. I used a screw driver to pry them off. New wheels are slid into the rail and snapped to the rack. End caps put back into place and rail tips bent back. Very easy.
