I CAN HEAR THE DRYER MOTOR ENGAGE BUT THE DRYER BASKET DOES NOT TURN DRYER VIBRATES. WAHT CAN IT BE? THE BELT DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE DAMAGED NEITHER THE IDLER PULLEY.

Hello Luis, thank you for your inquiry. We have found that the rollers, part number PS347627, must spin freely to work properly. If the drum rollers are worn out, the dryer won’t turn. Replacing the rollers can fix this problem. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!
MY DRYER WILL NOT DRY CLOTHES ALL THE WAY. IT SPENDS BUT IT IS LETTING OUT STEAM INSTEAD OF DRY HEAT. THERE IS CONDENSATION AND PIECES OF LINT ON THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR. WHAT IS CAUSING THIS? CAN THIS BE FIXED?

Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest cleaning the lint filter and exhaust vent properly, and if the issue still exists, you may need to replace the blower wheel, part number PS11743785, to solve the problem. It attaches to the drive motor shaft and blows air through the drum and out through the exhaust vent. We hope this sorts out your problem!

I think I need a switch to control the length of a cycle. A loud buzzer goes off and will not turn off until the dryer is opened. Can you help?

Hi Tonya, thank you for your question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend that you replace the timer, part number PS11749827. Before replacing the timer, you may need to check the cycling thermostat, part number PS11741405. We hope this information helps!
To reach the heating element you only need to open the back cover of the dryer (about 8 nut-head screws). Remember to disconnect the power.

Don't hurry to dispose the old element. My model includes a small electric safety part. You'll need to transfer it to the new heating element (that comes without it)..
First tried heating element and thermal fuse with no luck. Ordered thermal cutoff and fixed problem. Had I used an ohm meter first I would have determined problem before having ordered heating element and fuse, as both had resistance. I wast just lazy and ordered the took the most common failed components first before taking dryer back

The repair was easy. the most time consuming part was vacuuming the dust from the back of the Dryer, The repair required removing screw from the back panel of the dryer. Then removing screws from the heating element and unplugging the wires. The only moderately diffculy part was swapping the sensor form the old element.
