The fabric softener does not dispense into the washer machine. Everything else seems to work fine it completes a full cycle
For model number MVWX700XW1
Hi Ken,
Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, the fabric softener option must be selected to ensure the the proper distribution at the correct time in the cycle. Do not overfill or dilute. Overfilling the dispenser will cause fabric softener to immediately dispense into the washer. If the extra rinse option is selected, fabric softener will be dispensed into the last rinse. Also if the dispenser is clogged, you will need to clean it. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Hello Laura, thank you for reaching out. The issue seems to be with the cold water inlet valve and you may need to replace it to fix the issue. The part number is PS12348073. Defective lid latch - Cabrio Washer
The instructions that came with the part were worthless. Essentially, unplug, put in new part, plug it back in.
