Door locks then unlocks washer will not start the cycle.

Thank you for your question. If your washer will not start, the part that fixes this issue the majority of the time is the lid lock assembly. You will need to check it with a multimeter to see if it has continuity. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

Also, check the lint filter, part number PS11750500, and the drain pump, part number PS11751719, and make sure there is no blockage and the pump is fully functional. after spinning the machine restarts to fill again and again. I have reset the machine to no avail. it keeps doing this over and over. HELP!!!

It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
