Hello Donald, Thank you for your question. If the load is unbalanced, the washer will display this code while running an imbalanced load correction routine at the end of the wash cycle and before the ?nal spin. Our sources suggest replacing the suspension rod kit under part PS3502193 for your model to fix the load balancing issues. We hope this helps.

Hi James, Thank you for your question. When you overload your washer with a heavy item such as a comforter or bed linen, the washer will leak. The water will slosh over the side of the tub and drip down. If you have any questions, please let us know. We look forward to hearing from you!

The washer was making a horrible noise during the spin cycle
Removed a cap in the center of the tub basket which has a bolt that needs removed I believe it's a 9/16 after I removed the bolt I then removed the center of the bottom of the basket assembly which then allowed me to get to the basket hub that needed replaced it was a little dirty and I couldn't get it out so I sprayed a little penitrating oil on it let it sit a little then I was able to remove the hub and install the new one then I put it all back together and the washer is working great
