Thank you for your question. The SE error code is letting you know that you have a stuck keypad or a key short error. Unplugging the microwave, may help to reset it. Check the connections between the keypad and the electronic control board as well to make sure they are fitted properly. If the error persists, you will need to replace the keypad. Hello Sharon, thank you for the question. According to our research, The SE error code indicates that there is a problem with the Keypad (User Interface) or the associated wiring. We would recommend checking the wire harness that it is connected properly. If the issue still occurs, you may need to replace the control panel with the touchpad, part number PS11751315, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Why a tenant would remove and discard the grease filters without replacing them is beyond me! But, I removed the filters from the package and slid them into place. Two minutes tops. I would like to add that I ordered these on Thursday afternoon, and I had them on Saturday; awesome customer service!
Removed control panel, discharged HV capacitor. Removed old diode, tested to confirm failure. Replaced part. Other than the removal of the panel swapping the part was almost as easy as replacing a light bulb.
This was no big deal. Just inserted the new gadget under the turntable. It beginning turning as soon as I pressed start on the microwave.
