Will not reset with up/down temp controls

You should try a hard reset. Go to your breaker box, turn the breaker for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and turn the breaker back on. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

I need the cover that is located beneath the freezer. I remove this cover to clean under the refrigerator. The little clip on the inside of the cover has snapped off and the cover will not stay in place.

With the refrigerator door closed, the light in the water/ice dispenser does not come on anymore

This morning our fridge was turning on and off constantly. The front panel would light up and a few seconds later go off. A humming sound would start and stop too. The fridge would not dispense ice or water. About 30 minutes later the front panel went out. Now it only lights up when a button is pressed but it no longer gives the fridge and freezer temperature. It still seems to operate. When we open the door the light goes on. What needs to be replaced to fix the front panel?

Considering the symptoms you mentioned, we would suggest checking the main control board, part number PS11752593, as well as the dispenser electric control, part number PS10060177, for continuity using a multimeter. Hello John, thank you for reaching out. The water filter cover for your model is part number PS11743682, and the water filter bracket is part number PS2069868. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I knew the chances of all the freon leaking out was unlikely so I looked at the wiring to the compressor and there was a capacitor and a starter/overload so i figured I would start there. I went on line and found the parts at this site and they were less than the minimum service call charge for a service tech so I figured what the heck le

I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.
