Front display panel blinks several times then went dark, unplugging to reset caused ice door to cycle but screen stayed dark.
Interior lights work but cooling stopped, is this a control board failure?

Hello Charles, thank you for reaching out. It certainly seems like a control board issue and it needs to be replaced. This control board, part number PS11752535, runs the functions of the compressor, which will cool the unit as well as most of the dispenser functions. It is also a good idea to check the dispenser control panel, part number PS11703259, if replacing the control board does not help. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!

light on to order water filter
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.

t's give her a shot so I did give it a shot. I ordered the parts and they were there in less time than a service tech could come out and i installed the parts and guess what for 90.00 in parts and 15 minutes in time I repaired my refrigerator. Thanks guys, It took less time to order the parts than it did to make the repair so thanks, your website rocks and is very well designed so my hat is off to you guys!
