Oven won't start ,when I tried to start it it buzzed and wouldn't come on after .trying to figure out I'd this is the template? Thank you

Hello Jeannette, thank you for contacting us. The issue is probably related to the safety thermostat, part number PS11740991, and the oven sensor, part number PS11749737. We would recommend testing both for continuity. If this does not help the issue is probably related to the oven control board, part number PS11755362. It monitors the temperature and controls the oven heat. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.

The Temperature Sensor senses the temperature inside the oven and sends information to the electronic control. I think I am missing the slider rails that keep the storage drawer level and on track The drawer just kinda flops down and is not level .The base rails are fine. Please advise .Can send pics to show the problem.

Hello Jennifer, thank you for getting in touch. The issue seems to be with the drawer glide and you may need to replace it, the part number is PS890554. This supports the storage drawer and allows the drawer to slide in and out of the range cabinet. We hope this sorts out your problem!

($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. I did not know this. I just purchased the top and sides. I got lucky, the back and bottom were still in good shape. So I guess I should have read the description of the part more carefully to see what it covers, before I ordered it. It took two people two hours to do the work, it was really nice to have an extra set of eyes, to remember what direction pieces of metal from the stove went. I would do it all over in a heart beat instead of buying a new stove.
Thermal switch is integral to element and can not be changed, must replace entire element.
Turn off power. Removed front two screws above oven door jamb and lifted the top. Removed the bracket that holds the element against the glass top and removed the element. Moved brackets from old element to new one, aligning to same numer
