The top oven will not heat. The heating element will not start to glow. I switched the element to the bottom oven and it glows and heats correctly. What else could be the problem. I found a fuse by the electrical panel but it checked fine. Is there another breaker or fuse that I need to check. If you could send me picture of what it might be I will take a look. Thanks
For model number LWD3081ST
Hi Deric, thank you for the question. We have concluded that the issue is with the broil element, part number PS12590563. Before replacing this part, we suggest checking the thermal fuse, part number PS3530468. There will probably be multiple hooks supporting the panel. The thermal fuse should be situated close to the bake or broil element connections, and you may simply lift up the panel to remove it. We hope that helps!

Did self clean on top oven
Now getting code f-9 upper oven not heating
What part needs to be replaced if any thanks
For model number LWD3081ST
Hello Yasmin, thank you for contacting us. The F9 error code means that the oven has failed to exceed 150 degrees Fahrenheit after five minutes of preheating. We would recommend checking the power control board, part number PS3533882, and temperature sensor, part number PS11732697. If the issue still occurs, you may need to check the main electronic control board, part number PS3533878. We hope this solves your problems!

The top oven will turn on like normal but the heating element doesn’t light up. The fan runs but no heat. I was looking to replace the actual heating source but your site is suggesting a small circular thermostat? I am hoping this is the case. If it is, it’s worth a shot. I am hoping this will be easy to install.
For model number LWD3081ST
Hello Joe, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, we would recommend checking the high limit thermostat, part number PS7792254, to fix the issue. It monitors the internal oven temperature and send signal to the heating elements to turn on or off. Glad to be of assistance!

I ordered and replaced the high temp thermostat on the upper over. This was recommended because the top oven was turning on (fan running) but the heating element wasn’t lighting up or heating. However, after replacement it still says error code F-9. I replaced the thermostat on the upper back right of the oven. After pulling it out and taking off the top cover, I was able to find it. Any other part suggestions to help possibly fix my issue?
For model number LWD3081ST
Hello Joseph, thank you for reaching out. An f-9 error code means that the oven has failed to exceed 150 degrees fahrenheit after five minutes of preheating. We would recommend checking the temperature sensor for continuity. If this is not the issue, you may need to replace the power control board, part number PS3533882, to fix the issue. It manages the functions of the wall oven, such as heating and temperature. Good luck with this repair!

missing lower vent (trim)
Replace missing vent. Pretty well straight forward. Not complicated at all. Three screws is all it took, done.

Thermostat needed to be replaced
We had made this determination with the help of a repairman on the phone. I ordered the part and waited for it. It was stuck in West Virginia. After several days after it was expected a repairman fixed my range to the tune of $168. It should have cost $30 (the cost of the part and shipping).
