Opened the back and noticed a fan blade off making the motor unbalanced. Ordered a new fan and motor and went to (you tube ) that explained the whole procedure. Couldn’t get any easier.
Unplugged the power cord. Shut off water supply to the refrigerator. Removed the water supply and distribution lines one at a time and reinstalled the new lines as I went along. Turned water supply back on and plugged the power cord back into the wall outlet. Tested the operation and viola…it works great now! A great big thank

Removed ice dispenser and display with small screwdriver from front of the fridge. Pried out the whole piece slowly. This exposed the motor that activates the chute. Plugged in the new motor before any removal to verify the motor was the problem. When it worked, removed old and installed new. 3 screws. Piece of cake.
