My Frigidaire dishwasher drain pump is staying on. Is there a sensor to tell the pump to shut off or is my pump bad??

Thank you for your question. Yes, the float sensor under part PS9492625 for your model is likely defective if there is no moisture or water at the bottom of the tub that is not been pumped correctly, but the sensor still detects water and is not turning off the pump because of it. Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is not heating the water, then the heater on the circulation pump is malfunctioning and it will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the circulation pump assembly with heater is PS12365774.
