My ice dispenser grinds ice on both cube and grind

Hello Chuck, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Ice Dispenser Solenoid to see if it is blocked or frozen. The cube solenoid allows cube or crushed ice to be dispensed on demand. The Solenoid may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Hello Ronny, thank you for getting in touch. It appears like there is a problem with your temperature sensor, part number PS1765215. If the ice is still freezing in the bucket, there might be an issue with your evaporator motor, part number PS11775846. We hope this solves your problem!
I need just the clear dispenser Actuator Manufacturer# 2422411. Not the whole electrical piece. Just the lid where u press to get ice or water. The picture shows the whole ice dispenser. Is there any way to just get that small part?

I broke the plastic piece that connects to the dispenser that the ice and water come out of and can’t find a replacement part . . It is a small clear piece that is under the dispense .

Used pliers to remove the residual broken stud that was still attached to the wall of the refrigerator, and then just pushed the new part in place. The longest time was spent in removing the food and crisper drawers.
