When I power on my unit I get an e9 displayed and my unit is not cooling?

Hello Bernardino, Thank you for the question. This could indicate a defective Thermistor or Control Board. If the Thermistor has no continuity it should be replaced. If the Thermistor is good, the Control Board may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Wine cooler has no power at all plugged into different outlet still completely no pwr lights no digital display.

Hello Mark, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, the issue is most probably with the control board, part number PS11770573. Before replacing the control board, we would recommend checking the power cord. We hope this solves your problem!
I have water leaking. Wine cooler runs normally otherwise. I see drip pan mounted above compressor, but that appears to be full..

Hello Robert, thank you for the question. First, we recommend you empty the drip pan. Also, check the drain hose if it is clogged. Moreover, minimize the number of times the door is opened and closed in order to prevent warmer, moist air from entering the unit. If the issue persists, you will need to replace the door gasket, part number PS3409829. We hope this helps!
