You can try resetting it by unplugging the refrigerator for 10 minutes and then plugging it back in, but this message usually indicates that the refrigerator is turned off, there is an issue with the temperature sensor, or there is a stuck key on the key pad. You can test the temperature sensor with a multimeter, but if resetting the refrigerator does not fix the issue, then you may also need to replace the control board. Good luck with your repair.
