I need to replace a drawer in the fridge. Where do I order one?

Fridge is freezing even with the temp control off on freezer and fridge

Thank you for your question. If both the fresh food and freezer sections of your refrigerator are too cold, we recommend checking the temperature sensor and light wire harness as well as the electronic control board. Before removing and checking these parts, unplug the refrigerator from the electrical outlet. For the temperature sensor, you will need to test it for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting. Before testing it you will need to place it in ice water for 5 minutes to bring the temperature to 32 degrees F. Once it has reached 32 degrees F, touch the probes to the terminals. You should receive a reading of 16,600 ohms (+/- 5 percent). If you receive a reading outside this range, you will need a replacement temperature sensor. For the electronic control board, inspect it visually for signs of scorching, burn marks, arcing, or other damage. If it shows any sings of damage it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
