Ice sits on top of ice maker not dropping into the tray

Hello John, thank you for reaching out. If compressor is not turning on, you will need to check the inverter board, part number PS12746859. The compressor inverter board may be faulty, preventing the compressor from starting. Try checking continuity of the inverter board using a multimeter. We hope this helps.

The flipper million is coming off. The problem is that the small plastic pieces in the fridge door that hold the upper and lower flipper brackets have broken. The brackets are ok but the beveled edges of the plastic pieces in the door broke. Can they be replaced?

pulled fridge from wall, removed card board cover, unplug the fridge. turn the water off to the fridge. remove the water source from fridge first then remove 2 screws that hold the valve. then the wire plugs. hoses.. they were color coded.
