The power button and all the other buttons do not work at all. What could this be?

Hi Teresa, thank you for reaching out. We suggest checking the door latch assembly, part number PS12580257. The microswitch inside the latch assembly can wear out or break, failing to complete the electrical circuit when the door is closed. Even if the door feels shut, the broken sensor prevents the control panel from activating any functions. Replacing it might fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Ordered the roller from Parts Select, slid the roller over the little spindle sticking out of the bottom rack and snapped it in place. Job done in less than one minute.
