When i start my dehumidifier i set the humidity level at 35. The display beeps and shows 45. The machine will run for a short time beeps, the display shows 85. It then cuts its self off and does not restart. Shouldn’t it run until the humidity is 35 before disengaging and start up again when the humidity goes over 35?

Thank you for your question. If you have set the dehumidifier to 35% then it should run until it reaches the set humidity. If it is not staying on, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check sensor and the controls. We hope this helps!
