The diswasher is not following the normal program... when you go to cancel, it goes back to rinse and completes that cycle and goes back to do it again. keypad does not react properly
For model number KUDC25CHSS1
Hi Mark,
Thank you for your question. If the control panel is not responding correctly, there may be an issue with the ribbon cable. Before checking the control panel, unplug the dishwasher from the electrical outlet. Overtime a film can build up on the connections where the cable attaches to the electronic control board and this can prevent it from working correctly. Use a pencil eraser to gently remove the film from the connections. This should resolve the issue. Another method to verify if the control panel is working is to disconnect the ribbon cable from the control at P1. Make sure the other connections to the control panel are still made. Then put the control panel back together and leave the dishwasher door open. Restore power to the dishwasher, wait 5 seconds and then close the door. If the control panel is working correctly then the drain motor will turn on for 2 minutes. If the drain motor does not turn on the control panel will need to be replaced. If the control panel is fine then the electronic control board will need to be replaced. The electronic control board listed for your model, part number 8530929, has been discontinued by Whirlpool and you will need to contact them to see if they have information on a replacement. If they provide you with a replacement part number for it, you may call us back with it and we will verify if we have it available for you. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Need possibly a new drain or pump not sure the water is not draining from the dishwasher i need a repairman to come out to my house to fix my KitchenAid dishwasher
For model number KUDC25CHSS1
Hello Alice, Thank you for your inquiry. If your dishwasher is not draining, we can recommend checking the drain and wash impeller kit, the drain check valve, the drain hose, and the pump and motor assembly. You can check the parts for any visible damage, and test the pump and motor assembly with a multimeter. We are a do it yourself company that sells appliance parts, we apologize but we do not send repairmen to your house. Good luck with your repair.

Water washing out under front door onto floor
The plastic parts on this spray arm assembly wear with time and the rotation wobble effect creates a wave action in the pool of water at the bottom of the dishwasher. This waves the water onto the front door and forces a leak outside the unit. Replace the lower arm assembly, washer, bearing and nut. They all wear. Also remember to tigh
