Heats when turned to buffet but in any other setting I get an ERROR 1 message.
For model number KSC700OB0
Hi Tim, thank you for contacting us. The error code indicates that the control knob is not in the off position when the cooker is plugged in. To correct, turn the cooker to off, then turn the knob to the desired setting. If the issue persists, we would suggest checking the control knob, part number PS1487054, for any damage. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

cracked pot in roaster
ordered a new one but it came in two pieces so would not hold any liquid contents or any thing else for that matter.
