Light goes on, shaft won’t spin, every thing is locked in place
For model number KFPW760WH3
Hi Joe, thank you for your question. You should open up your food processor and check to make sure that everything is still securely in place. If there are no parts loose, then you may need to take a look at such parts as your Relay switch, start capacitor, or your motor. Good luck with your repair.

bowl cover broken, safetey switch, would not allow power to unit
Customer service very helpful, part shipped that day. I recived part next day. I replaced bowl cover and we used the food procseor for Sunday Fund rasier meal for the youth

Bowl cover lock switch broke and would not allow power to the blades
Replaced with new bowl cover and now the food processor works perfectly.
