The processor stop running while operating. After several hours of cooling it still not operating. Do I need a new processor?
For model number KFP0933ER0
Hi Mario, thank you for reaching out. Make sure that the bowl and lid are properly aligned and locked in place. Check to make sure the fuse in the circuit to the food processor in working order. If you have a circuit breaker box, be sure the circuit is closed. The motor may be locked. If the speed light stays on while the Off/Pulse light flashes, press the Off/Pulse button to reset the motor. Food caught in either the disc blade or multipurpose blade could stop the blades from spinning. Turn off and unplug the food processor before any attempt to dislodge jammed food. Check the power cord is not damaged. If all checks are fine, we would recommend replacing the motor, part number PS11755211. Good luck with the repair!
