six led lights do not come on or in the freezer one either.

Thank you for your question. Check the door switches to see if they are working correctly. If they are working correctly, replace the LED module in the freezer section. The refrigerator is still not cold enough, recently removed the ice inside the middle condenser. Is is something else I am missing.

Hi Adrienne, thank you for your inquiry. After removing the ice buildup, check for blockages in the vents and ensure the damper door isn't stuck, as this could be the cause of poor cooling, especially when the freezer still seems to work fine. The issue could be in the defrost system, causing the ice buildup again. You will need to replace the defrost thermostat, to fix the defrost issues. The defrost sensor for your model comes with the evaporator motor assembly, part number PS16217991. Glad to be of help!

Hello Bayram, thank you for contacting us. Yes, it appears your refrigerator is having this problem because of a faulty thermistor, part number PS2580944. We hope this sorts out your problem!
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
Purchased new motor from Partselect.com. When it arrived it came with a new rubber washer that fitted on top of new motor that was not on old motor, that how water got into old motor. However, the instruction sheet did not give info on how to access the proper way to the motor that is the door. Not wanting to damage the freezer door assy.
... Read more called in a tech who made it look easy, but even he had a little problem locating access panel that was directly under the motor in the freezer side of the door. After that it was a piece of cake.
